As a heads up, this post will is about my future niece and nephew, Natalie and Eli. If you have never met them, they are....hilarious. Like most kids they have unique facial expressions and actions. Depending on how well you know them, they can be really funny.
I have imitated a few of their expressions, and I'm going to share my imitations of them.
The above is Natalie. We were headed to see the lake, but Eli was busy playing with a door knob. Erik and Jill turned around to get his attention, delaying our walk to the lake and Natalie did a face-palm. It was a, "My brother is so frustrating." expression. Very cute in the spur of the moment.
This is Eli praying. Every time his parents sit him down and tell him, "It's time to prayer Eli, fold your hands" he does this. Even when we all demonstrate for him and fold our hands normally, he thinks it's better to put his fists in front of his face. This is a very different expression from....
....Eli crying. Anytime he gets in trouble, or his parents stop him from jumping up and down on the couch, or from throwing his food (and many other naughty activities) he does this.
And lastly, this is Natalie straightening her hair. She hasn't done this for a while, but she used to extend her fingers as straight as she could and sweep her hair back from her face. It was...adorable. Especially when she had rolled down a hill, had leaves stuck everywhere in her hair, and only worried about getting it out of her eyes and off of her forehead.

LOVE LOVE LOVE it! HILARIOUS!!!!
