Spoils of College

I hope to graduate with as much academic (forgive my use of this word) bling (Bling as defined by Merriam Webster: flashy jewelry worn especially as an indication of wealth). I got my first official piece of it today which is the medallion visible in the picture I've posted.

The binder underneath it is the second piece of loot I've gathered: It is a binder with my college's name on it. It was a gift for turning in a graduation form to our Alumni Office.

If you missed it, I'll point it out again: I'm getting graduation forms. I'm about to graduate. This may not sound all that intimidating, but real life is coming at me full speed. I'm excited for it, but there are going to be a lot of changes.

Another very large change that's coming is that Kacie and I just signed a lease and dropped off a security deposit for our apartment. Since we're living in on campus housing we know a lot of our neighbors.

I march on towards graduation, taking spoils as I go!
