We got married!

If you only know us through our blog and not real life, you're probably very concerned by our lack of activity recently. You're probably wondering if we called off the wedding, or fell off the face of the earth or something like that.

I can happily report that none of that happened. Instead of all that, we got MARRIED!

The reason we haven't been very active is because we've been busy. No busier than any other newly wed couple, I'm sure, but busy nonetheless. Immediately after the wedding we headed to our honey moon (I'll try and post pictures of that sometime soon). Immediately after the honeymoon, I went back to work. Immediately after I went back to work, Kacie went back to school. Immediately after going back to school, she started taking tests.

If you're noticing a pattern, there is one. Life has been very fast paced. We have been married for just over five months, and it has been amazing.

When I first returned to work after the honeymoon, my co-workers did a very kind thing: Told me horror stories about the worst weddings in their family. The one that was the most interesting to me was a couple that started fighting during their reception. They continued to bicker after the wedding, and finally the bride decided she was leaving for the honeymoon early. She called a taxi and was walking towards it when the groom told her that if she got in, they were over. She got in and waited at their honeymoon destination for a day before realizing he honestly wasn't coming.

I say this was a very kind thing to do because it made me feel very good about my marriage.
