We
have not written in forever!! I am so sorry but it’s because a lot of
BIG exciting changes have taken place these past three weeks. The first
big change is Brian finished college!!I am so proud of him. Brian and I started dating about two weeks before he left for college. I have been blessed enough to be around him this entire time and see God molding him into the man he is today. He has changed so much since he started college and college was an amazing transforming time for him. Brian has made some amazing friends here at college. They have played a huge role in his growing. Brian graduated Cumm laude. Which is a form of honors(if you didn’t know don’t worry I had to ask as well). I was a proud fiancee on that day. Brian worked very hard in college and seeing him walk across the stage, looking so handsome was a big payoff. Brian his new full-time job last week, I’m so excited to get to see what God has in store for this next part of Brian’s life, and I feel so blessed to be apart of this part of his life to see him change and grow more and more.
I survived this past semester and passed with flying colors. I have to admit there were a few weeks I wasn’t sure if I could do it. With school being out now wedding planning is back on in full swing! We finally got a few of the big things taken care of like our invitations ordered and our flowers ordered. One of the most exciting parts of wedding planning was my bridal gown is finally in. Some of you may remember my post about finding your dream wedding gown and what an ordeal that is. Going to pick up your wedding dress is also a crazy surreal experience. Going to the Bridal shop to pick it up I was so nervous. Its been a few months since I’ve seen the dress and by this point it was paid for. I could not, for the life of me remember what the dress looked like. I had pictures of it but I could remember any details about it. The lady brought it out covered and hung it in the dressing room. This was the moment of truth. I unzipped the bag and took a peek. It was even more beautiful than I had remembered. I couldn’t wait to jump in it. Putting it on felt like a dream. It fit me surprisingly well, without having any alterations done to it yet. I took Brian’s mom and sister along with me and they loved the dress even more than I had expected. I walked out of the bridal shop with dress in hand and a smile on my face. I can’t believe August 17th is less than three months away, the day is approaching very fast and I can’t wait!
With school ended I moved out of the dorms and into the married student housing that Brian and I will be living in come August. I’ve heard people say you never realize how much stuff you have until you move and boy is that the truth! It took us so many trips to move all my stuff and it was a huge mess. Recently Brian and I have been working on getting my apartment organized and scrounging up enough utensils for us to cook with. We’ve actually been having a lot of fun with cooking and setting up an apartment. There will be many more blog post about all of that summer!

You forgot to mention how you, his proud fiancee, cheered for him as he walked across the stage :)
